Family Justice

Goal

In accordance with Egypt’s social policy, this project wants to strengthen equal access to justice, enhance family stability, and protect the rights of children. The Family Justice Project (FJP) objective is to support in the implementation efforts of Law 10/2004, pertaining to the family court system.

Time Span

The project will last four and a half years:
It started on January 15, 2006 and will be completed by July 15, 2010.

Geographical Scope

The Family Justice Project is implemented in three governorates: Giza, Minya, and Port Said.
