Capacity Building for NGOs Working With Street Children

Goal

This program is intended to expand the capacities of relevant NGOs and strengthen their role so that they can help marginalized children to be safe and stay with their natural families. It also allows the NGOs to better promote the rights of these children to education, health, and social care.

Geographical Scope

The program works with 20 NGOs located in 11 governorates: Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Qalyubiya, Fayoum, Port Said, Sharqiya, Asyut, Qena, Luxor, and Aswan.

Target Group(s)

The program aims to build and expand the capacities of the social and psychological aid workers employed by NGOs that focus on the plight of street children.
